ah guess what i totally forgot to post this up last night. now i feel very retarded.
anyway, let me fill you in about THE MOVE in short simple sentences cos it's cool like that.

1. block 73 is gonna be hacked down (no more club house)

2. our stuff is in block 73

3. we gotta move our stuff away!

4. move where? block 71, right behind 73. that's our temporary clubhouse for 2 years

5. THERE'S A LOT (and i really mean a lot) OF STUFF TO MOVE. cameras, club shirt, printer, tripods, strobes etc

6. we need help.

25th June (thur) -- Pack up EVERYTHING in boxes
26th June (fri) -- Move everything to block 71

both will be around late morning to early afternoon. More hand make work light. indicate if you're coming for thur or fri or both (if you can make it). This is just a one off thing, no more moving after next wek.

no one likes to pack up the whole club house alone (it's really depressing) or take the whole day to move every single asseted item so please please drop by and help jinwei if you can. it means a lot (:

Ok, count me in, a little help to the club is no problem for me.

I'll keep both Thursday and Friday free.

okay i will need helpers to help pack the photography room and move them to the "new" storage room in 71.

it will be split into 2 days. Packing on thursday [25/06/09], and Moving on Friday [26/06/09].

PACKING. [25/06/09] what will be doing.
- Checking the packed boxes
- Packing the remaining stuff that are not in the boxes
- packing the cameras in to bags, emptying the dry cabi

Time: 10am to 2pm.

Need total of 5-8 people

- Moving the dry cabi and cabi to the new storage room.
- moving the boxes
- putting the stuff back in to the dry cabi or cabi..

Time: 10am to whatever time we finish....
